..The Zoning request was resolved, there will be no modifications to the property located at 1008 Scotts Hill Drive.. There are a few issues related to final approval for the properties intend use. The lessor of the property intends to used the home as a assisted living home for seniors. The county has not received all the required information to give final approval for the assisted living resident of three occupants.
We will be forwarding a email and list additional information on this page to detail the complete resolution of the zoning issue..
Thanks to all the residents who took time to be involved in their community and its future.
Another group home has been placed in our community. Our primary information has defined the home as a housing unit to serve seniors. While the basic idea of another group is not a major issue, the proposed zoning variances is a major issue.

Your comment about the proposed zoning change. The proposed change involves the creation of special parking that may change the general design of the front and side yards located at 1008 Scotts Hill Drive. This change will greatly influnce the overall appearence of the yard at that address. It will also greatly change and impact how others view the appearence of homes near and surrrounding that address. Without beening overly dramtic this one action could be the one thing that changes and impacts our community and how others view ScottsHill as a nice place to live. Please help and please tell others, this is really an important issue.
The home is located at 1008 Scotts Hill Drive
